Indonesia’s TASPEN Fulfills Global Mandate, Delivering Full Benefits to Late Diplomat’s Family

Indonesia’s state-owned social security agency PT TASPEN (Persero) has reiterated its commitment to ensuring social protection for all Indonesian Civil Servants and State Officials, including those stationed abroad.

(Second from left) President Director Taspen, Rony Hanityo, delivers Work Accident Security Program benefits to the wife of the late Zetro Leonardo Purba, Junior Chancellery Officer at the Indonesian Embassy in Lima, Peru, who died while performing official duties on September 1, 2025.

President Director Taspen, Rony Hanityo (2nd left) delivers Work Accident Security Program benefits to the wife of the late Zetro Leonardo Purba, Junior Chancellery Officer at the Indonesian Embassy in Lima, Peru, who died while performing official duties on Sept 1, 2025.

The statement follows TASPEN’s recent distribution of Work Accident Security Program (Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja/JKK) benefits to the family of the late Zetro Leonardo Purba, a Junior Chancellery Officer at the Indonesian Embassy in Lima, Peru, who died while performing official duties on September 1, 2025.

TASPEN Corporate Secretary Henra expressed condolences to the bereaved family and underscored the agency’s role in upholding the state’s responsibility to protect civil servants serving anywhere in the world.

“TASPEN expresses its deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Zetro Leonardo. The distribution of these benefits is proof that TASPEN carries out its state mandate with integrity and accountability. It is our responsibility to ensure that every civil servant’s dedication — even at the farthest corners of the world — is accompanied by a sense of security for them and their families. The state’s protection knows no borders,” said Aprianto.

As of September 30, 2025, TASPEN has provided JKK benefits to 221 heirs of Indonesian civil servants, including those serving on overseas assignments — a reflection of the government’s continued commitment to the welfare of public sector workers worldwide.

Comprehensive Protection for Civil Servants and Families

The assistance provided to Mr. Purba’s family includes Old-Age Savings Program (Tabungan Hari Tua/THT) and Work Accident Security Program benefits, such as Death Benefits/Bereavement Benefits, Death Compensation, and Funeral Benefit. In addition, Scholarship Benefit has been granted for two of his children to support their continued education — part of TASPEN’s broader effort to ensure long-term family welfare.

The Work Accident Security Program (JKK) forms part of Indonesia’s national social protection framework for civil servants and state officials who experience work-related accidents, occupational illnesses, or death while performing state duties — whether domestically or abroad.

Four Key Programs Supporting Civil Servants

TASPEN manages four major programs designed to create an integrated and sustainable social security system for civil servants:

1. Old-Age Savings Program (THT): A savings and protection plan for employees nearing retirement or their families in case of death before retirement.
2. Pension Program: Guarantees a regular post-retirement income as recognition of civil servants’ long-term service.
3. Work Accident Security Program (JKK): Covers the risk of workplace injuries, illnesses, or death occurring in the line of duty, including while serving abroad.
4. Death Security Program (Jaminan Kematian/JKM): Provides compensation and educational scholarships for the families of civil servants who pass away from non-work-related causes.

These programs establish a comprehensive social safety net that protects civil servants throughout their professional and personal lives. TASPEN’s initiatives reflect the Indonesian government’s principle that public service deserves lifelong protection — regardless of where it is carried out. By extending coverage beyond national boundaries, the TASPEN ensures that Indonesian civil servants serving on global missions receive the same level of welfare assurance as those at home.

Through adaptive and accountable management, TASPEN continues to play a strategic role as a partner of the Indonesian government in strengthening the welfare and security of civil servants worldwide.

Focus Graphite Commissions WSP to Complete Air Dispersion Modelling and Dust Management Plan at Lac Knife

Focus Graphite Inc. (TSXV: FMS) (OTCQB: FCSMF) (FSE: FKC0) (“Focus” or the “Company“), a leading Canadian graphite developer advancing high-grade projects, is pleased to announce that it has commissioned an updated Air Dispersion Modelling and Dust Management Study (the “Study“) for its 100%-wholly owned Lac Knife Project (the “Project“) in Quebec. This work represents one of the final environmental studies required to complete the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (“ESIA“) and advance the Project toward mine-permitting readiness.

The Study will be led by WSP Canada Inc. (“WSP“), a world-leading Montreal-based global engineering, environmental, and professional-services consultancy, and will be conducted under the supervision and management of IOS Geosciences Inc. (“IOS“), the Company’s geological consultant and general contractor for the Project. WSP includes the former Woods Engineering, which participated in the 2019 preliminary design of the dry-stack tailings storage facility (“TSF“), as well as Golder Inc., which conducted the original 2014 Study.

The Study will evaluate the potential airborne dispersion of dust and gases associated with mining operations, including:

  • wind-driven erosion from the TSF,
  • emissions generated by blasting activities, and
  • traffic-related dust along the 7-kilometre access road linking Lac Knife to Highway 389.

This updated modelling replaces the earlier 2014 study to reflect the re-engineered dry-stack tailings design, developed as part of the 2021 Feasibility Study (the “Feasibility“) update. The redesign eliminates the former wet-pond configuration and instead utilizes dolomitic marble to amend and encapsulate tailings, thereby preventing acid mind drainage (“AMD“) and metal leaching. This new TSF concept was considered material enough to necessitate remodelling of the areal dispersion.

The current program directly addresses follow-up questions from Quebec’s Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment, and the Fight Against Climate Change (“MDDELCC“), issued during its review of the Company’s 2014 ESIA submission. Results from the Study are expected by February 2026, aligning with the planned submission of the final revised ESIA.

“The completion of the air dispersion modelling and dust management plan marks one of the last major technical steps in our environmental review process,” said Dean Hanisch, Chief Executive Officer of Focus Graphite. “We are now systematically finalizing outstanding ESIA components to move Lac Knife toward the permitting stage. Each of these studies reflects our ongoing commitment to advance the Project responsibly.”

Indonesia at COP30: Leading Tangible Progress Toward NZE 2060, PLN at the Forefront of the National Energy Transition

The Government of Indonesia reaffirmed its determination to lead global efforts in tackling climate change and accelerating the transition toward Net Zero Emissions (NZE) by 2060 or sooner through fair and inclusive collaboration.

The Government of Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to leading global efforts in mitigating climate change and accelerating the transition toward Net Zero Emissions by 2060 or sooner. (Photo: Official UN Web TV.)

The statement was delivered by Hashim Djojohadikusumo, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, representing President Prabowo Subianto at the Leaders Summit during the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30), United Nations Climate Change Conference, in Belém, Brazil, on Thursday (6/11).

“Indonesia came to Belém with a clear message: we remain steadfast in our commitment to strengthening national climate action and are ready to work with other countries to advance initiatives that are inclusive, ambitious, and results-driven,” said Hashim.

He noted that President Prabowo had reaffirmed Indonesia’s commitment to the Paris Agreement to achieve NZE no later than 2060—or sooner. Indonesia is also targeting 8 percent economic growth through a sustainable development strategy that is consistently formulated and implemented.

In its Second Nationally Determined Contribution (SNDC), Indonesia aims to reduce emissions by 1.2 to 1.5 gigatons of CO2 equivalent (CO2e) by 2035. This target will be supported by increasing the renewable energy mix to 23 percent by 2030 and advancing new technologies, including nuclear energy, within the framework of the green energy transition.

“Recently, President Prabowo issued Presidential Regulation No. 109 on Waste-to-Energy and Presidential Regulation No. 110 on Carbon Economic Value. These two regulations lay a vital foundation for building a national decarbonization system and enhancing control over greenhouse gas emissions,” Hashim added.

This message was echoed by Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, Minister of Environment and Head of the Environmental Control Agency, who underlined Indonesia’s commitment to a just and equitable green economy.

“COP30 marks a defining moment to prove that green development is not only possible but also beneficial. Indonesia leads by action, not by promises,” said Hanif.

He emphasized that the principle of climate justice must remain at the heart of every energy transition policy.

“Climate justice means ensuring that no one is left behind. Indonesia is ready to lead by example—integrating policy, science, and social values for a better and fairer future,” he said.

President Director of PT PLN (Persero) Darmawan Prasodjo expressed PLN’s readiness to realize President Prabowo’s vision of advancing Indonesia’s energy transition through the implementation of the Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL) 2025–2034.

“About three months ago, under the direction of President Prabowo Subianto and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Indonesia launched its new RUPTL. Over the next decade, Indonesia plans to add 69.5 gigawatts (GW) of generation capacity—around 76 percent of which will come from renewable energy and storage technologies,” Darmawan said.

He added that the new RUPTL serves as PLN’s strategic roadmap to accelerate the clean energy transition toward NZE 2060 or sooner. The plan not only ensures a reliable electricity supply but also stimulates green job creation, expands electrification in frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped (3T) regions, and strengthens national energy resilience.

“By prioritizing renewable energy, PLN is committed to building a power system that is cleaner, more inclusive, and sustainable. We believe that through synergy with all stakeholders, Indonesia’s ambitious energy transition targets can be achieved effectively and on time,” Darmawan concluded.

About PLN

PT PLN (Persero) is Indonesia’s state-owned electricity company, committed to continuous innovation and delivering the best service to its customers. PLN drives its Transformation 2.0 agenda with the vision of becoming a Top 500 Global Company and the No. 1 choice for energy solutions. Mooreast to Commence Feasibility Studies to Develop up to 500 MW of Renewable Energy Projects in Timor-Leste

Singapore Exchange Catalist-listed Mooreast Holdings Ltd. (“Mooreast” or the “Group”) announced today that it will commence feasibility studies this month to develop large-scale renewable energy (“RE”) projects of up to 500 megawatts (“MW”) in Timor-Leste.

The feasibility studies have been confirmed to progress after Mooreast entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Secretario de Estado de Electricidade Agua e Saneamento (“SEEAS”), the secretariat for Electricity, Water and Sanitation under Timor-Leste’s Ministry of Public Works, to develop between 300 and 500 MW of floating RE over a five- to 10-year period.

Mooreast said it will conduct due diligence and assessment of locations off Timor-Leste’s coastline that would be suitable for development of projects to generate energy from floating wind, solar, hydroelectric, tidal, current and wave.

The LOI is part of a broader proposal for Mooreast to undertake a proposed RE Development Plan in two phases. The plan is intended to accelerate development of the country’s significant untapped RE resources, including excellent wind potential along the north and south coasts.

Timor-Leste, a country of approximately 15,000 square kilometres that shares borders with Indonesia and Australia, currently relies mostly on diesel-fired power plants to meet its energy needs. It has targeted 100% national electrification by 2030 by substantially diversifying into RE.

Timor-Leste gained full independence in 2002 and was formally admitted as the 11th member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations at the 47th ASEAN Summit held in Kuala Lumpur last month.

As part of the RE Development Plan, Mooreast will also be engaged to upgrade grid transmission and infrastructure for RE integration, set up pilot microgrids for remote communities, explore the potential to export power and hydrogen fuel and introduce smart-grid technologies and systems for energy storage.

Mooreast will have exclusivity for 12 months to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate and propose commercial and financing models. Both parties will then enter into a formal Project Development Agreement (“PDA”), likely in the first half of 2026.

The PDA is expected to include, amongst others: i) joint-ventures to develop the projects; ii) establishing investment and financing models including green finance and fiscal incentives as well as co-investment opportunities with sovereign funds and financial institutions; iii) defining the responsibilities of the state-owned electricity and energy company, Electricidade de Timor-Leste (“EDTL”), relating to necessary rights and permits; iv) defining the role of Mooreast, including for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (“EPCI”) and floating RE; and v) the terms of long-term Power Purchase Agreements.

A specialist in the offshore and marine sector providing mooring and rigging solutions, Mooreast is Asia’s only ultra-high power anchor designer and manufacturer. It has been expanding its presence in Europe and Asia amid increasing commercialisation of floating wind energy projects worldwide.

Mr Eirik Ellingsen, CEO of Mooreast, said: “Timor-Leste has significant potential for floating renewable energy, which can be harnessed for economic growth and to achieve national goals of electrification and sustainability. We are excited by the opportunity to leverage our capabilities and networks to achieve a win-win formula.”

About Mooreast Holdings Ltd.

A leader in total mooring solutions, Mooreast offers design, engineering, fabrication, supply and logistics, installation and commissioning of mooring systems to the offshore oil & gas, marine and offshore renewable energy industries.

With close to three decades of experience, Mooreast is applying its track record and expertise in mooring solutions to floating renewable energy projects, in particular floating offshore wind farms. It has successfully participated in developmental and prototype projects for floating offshore wind turbines in Japan and Europe.

Brawijaya University drives Malang’s UNESCO Creative City status

Brawijaya University (UB) has revealed its key role in helping Malang City, East Java, earn recognition as a UNESCO Creative City in the field of media arts.

Illustration: An aerial view of Brawijaya University in Malang City, East Java.
(ANTARA/HO-Brawijaya University)

UB Lecturer in Chinese Language and Culture, Yang Nadia Miranti, said the university played a leading role in facilitating the visit of Professor Xiang “Hardy” Yong, UNESCO Chair on Creativity and Sustainable Development in Rural Areas and Dean of the Institute for Cultural Industries at Peking University, to explore Malang’s cultural industry potential.

“UB’s academic diplomacy with Peking University was vital,” Miranti said in a statement that ANTARA released here Saturday. She added that Professor Hardy and UB’s Faculty of Humanities visited several sites in Malang in February 2025 to assess local creative assets.

Professor Hardy, accompanied by UB representatives and Malang municipal officials, toured the Malang Creative Center, Kayutangan Heritage Village, and Polowijen Cultural Village. The visits led to discussions that produced an official recommendation letter, a key document supporting Malang’s nomination to UNESCO.

The letter affirmed Malang’s strong commitment to developing a thriving media arts ecosystem. According to Miranti, the recommendation provided international academic validation for UNESCO’s evaluation committee and opened new opportunities for collaboration with other creative cities such as Changsha in China and Gwangju in South Korea.

Malang’s creativity, she added, reflects a rich blend of Indonesian and Chinese cultural elements seen in its cuisine, arts, and architecture. “Malang embodies the spirit of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network—a place where media arts foster cultural resilience, economic vitality, and social cohesion,” Miranti said.

Professor Hardy also proposed establishing a Media Arts Innovation Council and developing a Media Arts Impact Index in partnership with UB to measure creative cities’ contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals.

UB and Peking University would soon launch a UNESCO Chair Workstation, initiate a student mobility program in 2026, and support Malang’s plans to build sister-city and sister-village partnerships with counterparts in China, he was quoted by Miranti as saying.

The Study will be executed by Yves Leblanc, P.Geo., of Richelieu Hydrogeologie Inc. (“RHI“), a Quebec based consulting firm specializing in groundwater management, mining and environmental hydrogeology, geothermal systems, and individual well design. RHI has supported Focus and the Lac Knife Project since 2019. The program will be carried out under the supervision and management of IOS Geosciences Inc. (“IOS“), the Company’s geological consulting firm and general contractor for the Lac Knife Project.

This Study represents one of the final major technical milestones in advancing the Company’s Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (“ESIA“) – a critical step toward the mine permitting phase for the Project. The hydrogeological program will characterize groundwater flows, aquifer properties, and potential interactions with Project infrastructure such as the open pit and tailings storage facility, ensuring responsible water management and full compliance with Quebec’s regulatory standards.

The Lac Knife deposit is located on a hillcrest between Knife Lake and Pecan River, both tributaries of the Moisie River, which is designated as a planned aquatic reserve. As such, the highest standards of aquifer protection must be applied. This Study aims to address concerns outlined in the second round of questions received in 2019 from Quebec’s Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment, and the Fight Against Climate Change (“MDDELCC“) during its review of the Company’s original Environmental and Social Impact Study submitted in 2014. As part of the 2021 Lac Knife Feasibility

Study (“Feasibility“) update, the Project’s tailings storage facility was fully redesigned to incorporate nearby dolomitic marble, which will amend the tailings and eliminate the risk of acid mine drainage. This new design concept required a complete remodelling of the aquifer system. Results from the current hydrogeological modelling are expected by February 2026, aligning with the planned submission of the final ESIA revision.

Focus continues to collaborate with IOS to finalize contracting for the remaining studies, including tailings dam breach analysis and dust dispersion modelling.

“The launch of the hydrogeological study marks another important step toward permit readiness,” said Jason Latkowcer, Vice President, Corporate Development, Focus Graphite. “We are systematically closing out the final technical components of the ESIA — with hydrogeological modelling being the most time-sensitive — ensuring that every environmental and social consideration is addressed with scientific rigour. Our commitment remains to advance Lac Knife responsibly, in alignment with Indigenous and Quebec environmental standards and the growing global demand for ethically sourced graphite.”

The Lac Knife Project hosts one of the highest-grade flake graphite deposits in the world, with measured and indicated resources grading 14.95% graphitic carbon (Cg). Once in production, Lac Knife is expected to supply high-purity graphite for defense, battery, and advanced materials markets, supporting Canada’s Critical Minerals Strategy.

On November 3, 2025 the Company announced that it had been selected by Natural Resources Canada (“NRCan“) under the Global Partnership Initiatives (“GPI“) for conditional approval for a non-repayable contribution of up to $14,062,500, pending final due diligence.

Military Metals Announces the Commencement of Resource Confirmation Drilling at the Flagship Trojarova Antimony Gold Project, European Union

Military Metals Corp. (CSE: MILI) (OTCQB: MILIF) (FSE: QN90) (the “Company” or “MILI”) is pleased to report the commencement of a 10 hole, 2500-meter, definition drilling campaign at the company’s 100% owned flagship Trojarová Antimony Gold Project (the “Project”) in Slovakia, and the appointment of David Murray P.Geo as Vice President of Exploration.

Highlights of the Campaign Include:

  • Up to 10 diamond drillholes (see drill hole map below)
  • Up to 2500m of drilling
  • 7 holes designed to confirm historical drilling results and update SLR Consulting’s ongoing mineral resource estimate on the Project
  • 3 holes designed to test the deposit for NW strike continuity

Scott Eldridge, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, “The commencement of this drilling campaign at our flagship Trojarová Project is a milestone achievement. The results of this program will allow for the completion of the Project’s mineral resource estimate early in 2026 and serve as a launch pad for continued advancement of this strategic asset. Furthermore, on behalf of the board, management and our shareholders, I am excited to welcome David Murray as our Vice President of Exploration. He brings 15 years of international mineral industry experience. I look forward to working directly with David to unlock the geological potential of our antimony portfolio. His technical skills will be an asset to the Company. I also wish to sincerely thank Mr. Avrom Howard for his invaluable contributions to the role of VP Exploration over the past year.”

History of the Project and Historical Resource

Discovered nearly fifty years ago, Trojarová was the focus of extensive surface and underground exploration over 2km of strike length between 1983 and 1995, including 63 diamond drillholes totaling 14,330 meters, and 1.7 kilometers of underground workings. Historical exploration efforts culminated in a historical mineral resource estimate published by the Slovak Geological institute in 1992 (see “Historical Resource Estimates” below). Per this historical estimate, at a cut-off grade of 1.0% antimony, Trojarova hosts 2.46 million tonnes averaging 2.47% antimony and 0.635 grams per tonne gold in a mineralized zone averaging 3.32 meters wide, containing approximately 60,000 tonnes of antimony insitu. The historical estimate at Trojarová was classified using the Slovak version of the newly post-Soviet Russian classification system, which uses categories not directly comparable to modern standards as defined by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroluem (“CIM”) Definition Standards for Mineral Resources & Mineral Reserves. The Slovak Geological Institute, the State agency that carried out all exploration and underground development work at Trojarová, classified the resource as “P1” in the Slovak version of the Russian classification system. P1 is most comparable in CIM’s classification system to “Inferred Mineral Resources,” which is defined by the CIM as that part of a Mineral Resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence gathered through appropriate sampling techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current, and the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current. For additional information relating to the historical estimate see below under the heading “Historical Resource Estimates”.

The Company announced January 8th, 2025, that SLR Consulting had been engaged to complete a modern mineral resource estimate of the Trojarová Project. The current drill program supports this work by seeking to confirm historical results and validate preliminary resource models.

Preliminary modelling of historical data indicates the Trojarová deposit may display a trend of thickening and increasing antimony grades to the NW. The Company has targeted projected extensions of the deposit along this vector with 3 of the 7 planned drillholes with the aim to expand the current extents of the known deposit.

Appointment of New Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Murray is a professional geoscientist with 15 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining. His technical experience has been gathered throughout the Americas and Europe in exploration and resource geology roles, with various technical consultancies and major mining companies including Goldcorp and Newmont. David’s commodity experience is diverse specializing in orogenic gold systems and including porphyry deposits, volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits, magmatic Ni + Cu + PGE, carbonate hosted Zn, Pb + Ag, HREE and LREE as well as LCT Li pegmatites and Li brine deposits. Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science with an Advanced Major in Geoscience from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Mr. Murray’s top technical priority will be to unlock shareholder value through the definition and growth of mineral resources at Trojarová and MILI’s other antimony and related critical metals projects, along with assessing additional opportunities that may come to the Company’s attention. MILI welcomes him to its executive management team on behalf of the Company’s shareholders.

About the Project

Discovered in the late 1970s, Trojarová was the focus of extensive surface and underground exploration from 1983 to 1995, with 63 core holes for a total of 14,330m, and 1.7km of underground workings completed. Efforts continued over the years as additional trenches were dug, and holes were drilled. Starting in 1990, underground development work began ultimately comprising a 300-meter-long adit connected to a 700-plus meter-long drive in the footwall of the mineralized zone with seven crosscuts into the mineralized zone for sampling purposes. These efforts culminated in a multi-volume study comprising drill logs, analyses, drill plans, maps and sections, deposit model studies, petrographic studies, metallurgical studies and more, culminating in a multi-volume compendium of reports produced by the Slovak Geological Institute published in 1992.

Options Grant

The Company is pleased to announce it has granted an aggregate of 300,000 stock options (the “Options“) to David Muray to purchase 300,000 common shares (the “Shares“) in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Company’s share option plan (the “Option Grant“). The Options, which vest immediately, are exercisable at an exercise price of $0.50 per Share for a period of five years from the date of grant.

The technical contents of this release were reviewed and approved by David Murray, P.Geo, VP-Exploration for Military Metals and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Historical Resource Estimates

This news release includes disclosure of a historical resource estimate. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate included in this Presentation as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. The Company is not treag the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves.

The historical estimate quoted in this Presentation related to the Trojarova Property was taken from a compendium produced by the Slovak Geological Survey, completed in March 1992 based on exploration work undertaking in the 1980s and 1990s. It is entitled (English translation): “FINAL JOB REPORT, PEZINOK-TROJAROVA, Geological Survey State Enterprise”, report compendium number 78406 (Michel et al, 1992).

The Slovak Geological Institute, the state agency that carried out all exploration and underground development work at Trojarová, classified the historical resources as “P1” and “C2” in the Slovak version of the Russian classification system, respectively. These are closest within the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum’s (“CIM”) classification system to “inferred mineral resources,” which is defined by the CIM as that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence gathered through appropriate sampling techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes.

The historical work carried out appears comprehensive, detailed and at a professional standard. The Company considers this historical data to be relevant as the Company will use these data as a guide to plan future exploration programs. The Company also considers the data to be reliable for these purposes. However, considerable work needs to be completed before it will be possible to classify mineralization documented at Trojárova as current mineral resources. The historical drill logs need to be translated and transcribed into a logging format suitable for resource estimation purposes. All historical collar locations along with the underground maps need to be digitized and georeferenced. All data need to be transferred to an independent, arm’s length resource estimation specialist so that a three-dimensional digital deposit model can be constructed, based upon which the number, length and orientation of twin and infill holes necessary so that the historical resource can be classified as current mineral resources can be determined.
