The decade milestone achievement reinforces Spritzer’s deep resonance with its customers, unwavering dedication to excellence in product quality

Spritzer has once again demonstrated its dominance in the bottled water industry by being named “Brand of the Year” in the national beverage division’s Water Category at the prestigious 2024–2025 World Branding Awards. The recognition marks Spritzer’s 10th consecutive win at the global awards, a testament to the brand’s enduring excellence in quality, branding, and consumer trust which further solidifies its position as Malaysia’s leading mineral water brand.

Spritzer’s Head of Public Relations, Winnie Chin, accepting the Brand of the Year award under the national beverage division’s Water Category during the recent World Branding Awards at the Tower of London

The accolade was awarded by the World Branding Forum (WBF), a global non-profit organization devoted to advancing branding standards worldwide, at the annual World Branding Awards event which recognizes exceptional global and national brands across various categories. Winners in each category were evaluated through a rigorous process involving brand valuation, market research, and online public voting, showcasing a holistic assessment of brand strength and consumer trust. Most importantly, as the award evaluation relies heavily on consumer voting (70%), Spritzer’s continued wins over the years demonstrates the brand’s ability to consistently resonate with audiences and exceed customer expectations.

Accepting the award on behalf of Spritzer during the awards ceremony held at the iconic Tower of London was Winnie Chin, Spritzer’s Head of Public Relations, who acknowledged the profound significance of this milestone: “We are honoured to receive this award for the 10th year running. Our achievements would not be possible without the unwavering support of our consumers, whose steadfast loyalty has made the Spritzer brand a household name. We also extend our gratitude to our partners for their collaboration and support and especially to our dedicated team for their hard work and creativity that have made this journey possible. We are deeply humbled and motivated to continue elevating our brand to greater heights, to build on Spritzer’s brand strength and commitment to excellence in all aspects of our company.”

The award is a milestone that recognises Spritzer as a benchmark for consistency and adaptability to maintain brand trust and address emerging consumer needs in the ever-evolving market landscape. The company’s consistency, adaptability, and innovation have not only propelled it to the forefront of Malaysia’s bottled water industry but have also established it as a benchmark for quality, sustainability and innovation on a global stage. Spritzer’s decade-long winning streak at the awards exemplifies the brand’s commitment to producing high-quality natural bottled water and its reputation as a consumer-preferred brand.

Building on this monumental achievement, Spritzer reaffirms its commitment to quality assurance as it continues to deliver bottled water with natural benefits and premium standards. The brand emphasises its dedication to sustainability goals and innovation as it continues to focus on advancing efforts to become a circular brand by 2030, aligned with global environmental initiatives, while leveraging cutting-edge technologies to introduce consumer-focused solutions to meet emerging needs.

Doubleview Gold Corp Is Concluding the Successful Drill Season of 2024

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company” or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce that it has completed another successful drill season at its 100% owned Polymetallic Hat porphyry project, located in northwestern British Columbia. As previously announced, on October 16, 2024, the objectives of this drill season were to confirm the Mineral Resource Estimate’s (‘MRE’) block model, proof further the continuity of mineralization, increase the resource model integrity, and test new areas.

In this 2024 drill season, the Company again drilled more than 10,000 metres in 18 drill holes. 5,627 drill core samples weighing over 23 tonnes were shipped to an accredited analytical laboratory. Doubleview’s QA/QC sampling and assaying protocols are shown below. Highlights of the initial assay results from drill holes H072, H073 and H074 from the October, 16th 2024 News Release are:

Drill hole H072:

  • 686.0m of 0.23% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au, 64 g/t Co, 0.33 g/t Ag and 25.7 g/t Sc (0.38% CuEq*)
  • including 154.0m of 0.66% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au, 112 g/t Co, 0.96 g/t Ag and 24 g/t Sc (1.07% CuEq*)
  • including 62.0m of 1.12% Cu, 0.79 g/t Au, 173 g/t Co, 1.62 g/t Ag and 23.9 g/t Sc (1.81 % CuEq*)
  • including 2.0m of 5% Cu, 2.96 g/t Au, 511 g/t Co, 5.03 g/t Ag and 7 g/t Sc (7.48% CuEq*)

Drill hole H073:

  • 109m of 0.29% Cu, 0.21 g/t Au, 83 g/t Co, 0.47 g/t Ag and 6 g/t Sc (0.5% CuEq*).

Drill hole H074:

  • 128 m of 0.18%Cu, 0.14 g/t Au, 82 g/t Co, 0.29 g/t Ag and 29 g/t Sc (0.33% CuEq*)

(* Note 1: CuEq currently does not include the Scandium)
(Refer to the news release October 16th, 2024 for details)

As predicted in Doubleview’s MRE block model, drilling successfully encountered mineralization in previously un-drilled areas which also confirmed the model. In addition, three other areas were drilled. One, located at the east side of the project had been drilled previously by one hole, but this season’s drill holes explored an area of about 125m to the north of the drill site. Doubleview also stepped out 300m to the north and northwest of the Lisle Deposit to test anomaly E. Visual inspection of the drill core from these areas confirms continuity of pyrite and chalcopyrite mineralization that is characteristic of the Hat deposit.

Farshad Shirvani, president & CEO of Doubleview, stated: “We set out with several goals this season and I am pleased to announce that all objectives have been met. I sincerely appreciate the hard work of our field crew who tirelessly worked to achieve the 10,000-metre milestone again. I am looking forward to receiving the results. The continued development of our remarkable Polymetallic Hat project is bringing the spotlight to the mineral wealth of the region and the entire province of British Columbia. It takes projects like the Hat to secure important critical minerals such as copper, cobalt and scandium for the green evolution in North America and elsewhere.”

Doubleview is awaiting the analytical results from the laboratory which will be announced as soon as the usual data compilation and QA/QC procedures are completed. These results are going to contribute to the updated mineral resource estimate (‘MRE 2.0’).

Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

Hat Project drill cores are processed at Doubleview’s camp where they are photographed, measured and logged by our technical staff and then divided using a diamond bladed saw. One half is placed in a stout bag to form the assay sample that is forwarded securely to the independent analytical lab. The remaining half core is stored on site where it is available for further examination and sampling. The assay cores are subject to a Chain of Custody routine as they are shipped from camp to a bonded carrier for delivery to the lab.

Core samples are analysed at the North Vancouver facility of ALS Canada Ltd. using their PREP-31, PGM-ICP24, ME-MS61, and ME-ICP06 packages. Each core sample is dried, then crushed to 70% passing a 2mm screen. All material is processed in an automatic Riffle splitter to yield a 250g homogenized, representative sample. This sub-sample is then pulverized to 85% passing a 75-micron screen. All samples are analyzed for Au, Pt, Pd by 50g fire-assay fusion/ICP-ES finish, using PGM-ICP24 package. A separate 0.25g pulp split is analyzed by Four Acid digestion/ICP-MS finish, reporting 48 elements. Over limit elements are analyzed by Ore Grade Four Acid digestion/ICP-ES finish using ME-OG62 assay package. All of Doubleview’s core samples are analyzed or assayed at independent ISO 17025 and ISO 9001- certified laboratories.

When initial assays are received and accepted by our staff, a certain fraction of the samples will be sent to a second ISO-certified lab for check assay and verification purposes. Assays will be reported in News Releases.

Doubleview maintains a website at www.doubleview.ca.

Qualified Persons:

India’s Buyout Advantage: Your Strategic Guide to Acquiring Indian Companies for Market Entry in 2024

SRKay Consulting Group releases a new whitepaper, “Buyout Strategies: Acquiring Indian Companies for Market Entry,”offering a comprehensive guide for investors looking to enter the Indian market through acquisitions. The report highlights India’s unique advantages, including booming sectors, regulatory support, and region-specific incentives. In 2024, India emerges as a prime market for global acquisitions, offering investors unprecedented opportunities in high-growth sectors and a favorable regulatory environment. SRKay Consulting Group’s latest whitepaper provides a strategic guide to acquiring Indian companies, helping investors tap into one of the world’s fastest-growing economies.

India’s booming technology, healthcare, and renewable energy sectors, propelled by initiatives like “Make in India” and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes. These programs enable investors to enter cutting-edge markets directly. Furthermore, India’s investor-friendly regulatory framework—exemplified by the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policies—facilitates streamlined acquisitions in high-opportunity sectors like manufacturing, agriculture, and mining through expedited approvals under the Automatic Route.

“India’s unique blend of high-growth sectors and supportive regulatory framework makes it an ideal destination for foreign investment,” said Karunjit Kumar Dhir, CEO SRKay Consulting Group. “Our report serves as a strategic guide for investors, providing actionable insights to leverage India’s regional strengths and regulatory advantages for successful market entry.”

It examines state-level incentives and regional strengths, identifying states such as Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu as leaders in technology, finance, and manufacturing, respectively. This section emphasizes how regional incentives make India’s states more than just cost-effective options but strategic acquisition targets. The report also covers acquisition models, from joint ventures to full buyouts, illustrated through case studies like Walmart’s acquisition of Flipkart and Facebook’s investment in Reliance Jio, showcasing how international giants use India’s expertise and consumer base for growth.

It also explores how India’s talent retention strategies, rapid digital transformation, and integration opportunities enhance its appeal for international companies. With strategic government policies fueling innovation and development, now is the ideal time for acquisitions in India, as the country is projected to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2027.

Download the Whitepaper and discover how strategic acquisitions in India can transform your growth trajectory.

Bird House Cafe & Bar boasts a unique range of beverages at its cafe, including (from left to right): Lime Soda with Anchan Flower, Iced Tea with Honeycomb and Espresso Orange.

Located right in the centre of The Racquet Club’s new community space, RQ Bite 49, Bird House is a two-storey glasshouse cafe by day, and bar by night, offering an extensive menu ranging from beers to burgers, and wine to sandwiches.

Open daily from 8am till midnight, Bird House boasts a unique range of beverages at its cafe. Caffeine connoisseurs can sip on unique blends of coffee sourced directly from Ethiopia, Brazil and within Southeast Asia, with unique beverages like Espresso Orange, Espresso Passion Fruit and Ice Whiskey Latte. The cafe also serves familiar beverages like Americanos, Lattes, Mochas, Matcha and juices. By night, the cafe transforms into a bar serving American craft beer Sierra Nevada, Spanish lager Mahou, Belgian ale Duvel and more, to cater to the nighttime crowd.

The cafe serves a range of sweet and savoury treats, such as sandwiches, muffins, croissants and cookies. Patrons looking for a meal can turn to Goodburgs, the hole-in-the-wall take-away burger outlet next door. Goodburgs is known for its smash burgers and fries, suited for all taste buds, and offers up to nine different types of sauces and three types of loaded fries – BBQ Pulled Pork, Chilli Cheese and Oklahoma Blue Cheese.

Bird House and Goodburgs founder Nikhil Rattanaphas said, “The food and beverage industry is constantly evolving, and it is crucial for business owners to be aware of the ever-changing environment. While we originally intended Bird House to be a bar, we saw the opportunity to open for longer hours and serve customers throughout the day, especially at our location beside The Racquet Club. I am grateful to my investor, advisor, and most importantly, friend, Thanit Apipatana who suggested the strategic location for the cafe and bar.”

Apipatana, a Bangkok-based entrepreneur and investor, commented about how he saw the location as ideal for Nikhil’s F&B venture. “I visit The Racquet Club frequently and have been in conversations with Nikhil to set up his own F&B establishment. I saw this place as an opportunity for an establishment to attract customers of all ages, as its unique location attracts different footfall traffic throughout the day. Nikhil took my advice and now he has his own cafe and bar serving different menus to cater to customers of all ages throughout the day,” he said.

Patrons can enjoy a range of food beyond what the cafe and bar offers, as Bird House has a unique and welcoming policy which allows customers to bring outside food and dine in the cafe as long as they order a drink. The variety of food offered at RQ Bite 49 includes Korean street food, gelato and patisserie, as well as fresh, made-to-order pizza among others.

Nikhil expressed gratitude towards Apipatana for his expertise as an advisor and investor. “Apipatana not only shared his experiences in growing businesses, which helped me develop Bird House to offer unique products and services to our customers. His expertise and insights provided me with strategic guidance, and helped me navigate the complexities of the business landscape. The partnership with Apipatana built on trust, mutual respect and aligned goals, was a cornerstone of the success of Bird House,” he said.

From an extensive range of unique menu items to serving high-quality beers at competitive prices, such as Sierra Nevada on tap, Bird House aspires to be an all-day dining establishment catering to residents, visitors and patrons of all ages, lifestyles and needs.

“Bird House is up and running, and will be a long-standing fair place giving people what they want. The business landscape is going to be challenging, but Bird House offers a variety and we are confident that the business can grow in time to come,” Nikhil added.
