Doubleview Reports New Discovery: Gold Rich Zone Within the South Lisle Zone – Drill Interval of 405m of 0.21 g/t Gold (0.84% CuEq) That Extends the Main Lisle Deposit by 240 Meters

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce drilling has extended the Lisle deposit 240m south, resulting in the discovery of the Company’s highest gold grades to date at its polymetallic Hat porphyry project, located in the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia, Canada.

Drill holes H060, H061, H062 and H063, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, expand the Lisle Deposit by additional 240m to the south, called the Gold Rich Zone. This zone will increase the volume of mineralization that will be included in the maiden resource estimate which is being prepared by an independent engineering group and is expected in Q1 of 2024.

The South Lisle zone now extends the Main Lisle zone for 360m, please refer to the Company’s news release dated October 24th 2023, and further more assays are pending for this Gold Rich Discovery zone.

Drill hole H063 marks the highlight of this group of drill holes with 0.21 g/t gold over 405m. The interval represents almost the entire drill hole. Remarkably, the Gold Rich Zone continues assaying similarly high values for scandium as in other parts of the deposit, in this case 25.5 g/t over 405m. With drill holes H061 to H063 the Company tested a lower zone of an IP anomaly. Notably, the assay results suggest a continuation of the deposit.

The following Table 1 shows numerous high-grade gold samples within the named drill holes, continuing to demonstrate the richness of this porphyry deposit. Remarkably, within H063 is the highest yet assayed gold drill sample of the project with 18.4g/t gold over 1m which is closely followed by a second 13.4 g/t gold sample over 1m. Cobalt strongly shows with 0.233% and 0.198% respectively, and copper assays values 1.87% and 1.95% to these samples.

Mr. Shirvani, President & CEO of Doubleview, commented: “The Hat project continues to deliver high values of its principal metals, copper and gold, with strong support from critical metals cobalt and scandium. It is compelling to observe how the deposit evolves when new drill data gets analyzed and how the different zones that we are discovering, add to the evolution of the Hat polymetallic porphyry deposit. I am very much looking forward to receiving additional assay results currently undergoing analytical analysis, followed by the receipt of the resource estimate and to joining our team in planning the 2024 season that will include further investigation of the newly expanded Gold Rich Zone.”

Doubleview Gold Corp Sets New Records in Exploration at Hat Polymetallic Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce a remarkable achievement in 2023. With an impressive 10,170 meters drilled this year, the Company has not only surpassed records but also illuminated the extraordinary potential of the Hat Polymetallic deposit in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. The drilling campaign is ongoing.

Doubleview’s mission has been clear:

1) Extend the Lisle Deposit: Pushing beyond the boundaries of 2022, the Company expanded the Lisle Deposit, primed to maximize mineral inventory for our 2024 maiden resource estimate.

2) Connect and Discover: Bridging the West Lisle Zone to the Main Lisle Zone revealed the Buck Zone Discovery, uncovering new layers of the Lisle Zone deposit.

3) Southern Expansion: Doubleview’s team stretched the Main Lisle Zone southward, expanding the deposit domain by approximately 250 meters.

4) Future Insights: Work was not limited to drilling; the geology model was further developed using advanced 3D IP geophysical models, setting the stage for exciting future exploration programs.

The 2023 drill holes have now extended the previous boundaries of the Lisle deposit, and have bolstered the mineral inventory and volume for the projected Q1 of 2024 maiden resource estimate.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO stated: “I sincerely appreciate our management team who supported us into accomplishment of several outstanding milestones, including but not limited to insightful advanced geological investigations, full archaeological studies, continuation of metallurgical work, and data compilation and organization in preparation for our mineral resource estimate. I also wish to express without reservation my appreciation of all of our employees and contractors that have contributed tirelessly throughout a long field season to the exploration of our exciting Hat deposit.”

The archeological work that included remarkable 553 shovel tests, was carried out by an independent contractor parallel with Doubleview’s exploration activities. The AIA (Archeological Impact Assessment) is expected to be received by the end of this calendar year.

Doubleview Announces South Lisle Zone Drill Holes Extend the Main Lisle Deposit for 120 meters

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (GERMANY: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce the inaugural drill results from the south extension of the Lisle Zone. Drill holes H057, H058, and H059 have expanded the Lisle Deposit by 120m to the south and increased the volume of mineralization that will be included in the resource estimate which is being prepared by an independent engineering group and scheduled for completion in Q1 of 2024. This zone also encompasses drill hole H067 announced in news release dated 17th of October, 2023. The polymetallic Hat project is located in the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia.

Highlights:

Drill hole H058 of the returned assays of 0.49% copper, 0.18 g/t gold, and 33 g/t scandium over 125.8 meters. This intercept may be a continuation of the same horizon that was encountered in the main Lisle deposit’s richer parts. All drill holes of this zone returned greater than average assayed scandium values compared to all other areas the deposit yet.

  • the reported results of the 2023 season demonstrate that the Lisle Zone is not limited in this direction towards the south,
  • the Lisle deposit has an inner mineralization of the strongest Scandium values seen thus far on the project,
  • these drill holes extend the Lisle deposit by an additional 120m by 200m,
  • mineralization is open in all directions.

Farshad Shirvani, Doubleview’s president and CEO, commented “It is exciting to discover these new extensions to the south of the Lisle Zone that have added important dimensions to the deposit and indicate further potential in and to the south. The remaining 2023 drill holes will continue to explore this part of the deposit and we also note the strong contribution of the critical metals, copper, cobalt and scandium. The dimensions of the Hat deposit keep increasing and drilling has not found the limits.”

Mr. Shirvani continued “The 2023 drilling campaign continues to advance the Hat polymetallic deposit, and the total meters drilled this season now exceeds 9,000 meters. More results will be announced as they become available.”

Drill hole H-057 intercepted 139.1 m with 0.17g/t gold, 0.23g/t silver, 0.06% copper, 105.3 g/t cobalt and 37.6 g/t scandium, (1.10% Cu Eq). Drill hole H-058 intercepted 654m with 0.27g/t silver, 0.10g/t gold, 0.14% copper, 78.6g/t cobalt and 34.8g/t scandium (1.05% Cu Eq) and included 305.4m with 0.44g/t silver, 0.14g/t gold, 0.26% copper and 32.2g/t scandium (1.11% Cu Eq) and also 125.8m with 0.78g/t silver, 0.22g/t gold, 0.49% copper and 33.0g/t scandium (1.38% Cu Eq). The latter intercept appears to be a direct continuation of a higher grade part of the main Lisle Zone. Drill hole H-059 intercepted 421.7m with 0.18g/t silver, 0.12g/t gold, 0.05% copper and 32.6 g/t scandium (0.93% Cu Eq).

2023 Drill Season:

Doubleview’s goal for the 2023 drill season was to gradually increase the known deposit by strategically drilling new locations, such as the Buck Zone to add more value to the upcoming Q1 2024 resource estimate.

All drill holes in this as well as previous news releases (H054 – H059) have expanded the mineralized envelope of the Lisle Deposit. Table 1 is a compilation of significant intercepts; Table 2 includes drill hole data. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate vertical projections of various drill holes and the southern part of the Lisle Zone.

Doubleview Reports Strong Massive Sulphide Intercept Logged in Drill Hole H067

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview) is pleased to showcase a long intercept of massive sulphide mineralization in drill hole H068 at its Hat Project. The Hat polymetallic porphyry project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, has demonstrated that it contains several of the metals deemed as “critical metals” by the Canadian and American federal governments.

The accompanying photographs illustrate the character of the mineral zone. The long sulphide intercept will be transported under enhanced security protocols for analytical analysis. Assay results will be published in a subsequent news release upon receipt and verification. Further details, including collar coordinates and orientation, will be provided in the immediate future.

Drill hole H067 was collared 320 metres south of drill hole H034 and is directed to the projected south extension of the Lisle Zone. The strong sulphide mineralization appears to comprise sections of very strong chalcopyrite and pyrite, including about 2 metres of nearly massive chalcopyrite. [Chalcopyrite contains about 30% copper].

Further information and maps are being developed to demonstrate the southern extension of the Lisle zone. It is currently projected that the drilling will extend the deposit for another 450m by 340m towards the south while the deposit is open in all directions.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO, stated, “I am pleased to see that our modelling concept has been confirmed with drilling. I am also proud of our dedicated team, including our Tahltan Band members who put their utmost efforts into this season’s drilling campaign, which has been very cost effective and successful. We have drilled 1,500 meters in the past two weeks alone, and that has only been attainable due to the team’s hard work, preparation and efficient execution.”

The following photos depict the intersected mineralization (see this news release on the company’s website if the pictures are not visible).

Doubleview Reports Strong Mineralization Extends Buck Zone of the Lisle Deposit Another 250m South-Southwest

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce further assay results from drill holes H054, H055 and H056 at the Hat deposit located in northwest British Columbia. Drill hole H054 contains assays with a higher gold content of 0.43 g/t, when generally balanced in comparison with copper 0.32%, scandium 27.3 g/t and cobalt 136.9 g/t, with a 1.29% copper equivalent intercept** over 143 meters. Drill hole H054 has extended the Buck Zone within the Lisle Deposit for another 250m south-southwest. The Hat polymetallic porphyry project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, has demonstrated that it contains several of the metals deem as “critical metals” by the Canadian and American federal governments.

  • The assay results summarized in Table 1 are open to the south and southwest of the Hat mineralization complex.
  • The mineralization starts from near the surface and strengthens in mineral content at depth,
  • Gold and cobalt mineralization are of higher grades in comparison with copper towards the south and southwest of the Lisle Deposit,
  • Strength of all metals with increased depth is notable in all drill holes to date in the Buck Zone,
  • The Buck Zone within the Lisle Deposit currently covers an area more than 400m x 450m and is open to the north-northeast, south, southwest, and to depth,
  • The Buck Zone connects the West Lisle, Main Lisle and Southern Lisle zones with strong mineralization.

The gradual approach to increasing the Buck Zone’s dimensions is anticipated to add more value to the upcoming Q1 2024 resource estimate. All drill holes in this news release (H054 – H056) have expanded the mineralized envelope of the Lisle Deposit. Table 2 depicts the location of drill holes H054, H055 and H056.

Farshad Shirvani, Doubleview’s president and CEO, commented, “The ongoing drilling campaign continues to exceed all expectations and the Company will continue working as long as weather permits. The 2023 program is designed to increase the dimensions of the Hat Deposit with the intention, upon completion of the NI 43-101 Resource Estimate, of having the project recognized as containing an outstanding resource, with exceptional metals extraction and recoveries. All holes drilled in 2023 are expected to be included in the forthcoming resource evaluation.”

Mr. Shirvani continued, “The 2023 drilling campaign continues to advance the Hat polymetallic deposit, and the total meters drilled this season now exceeds 8,700 meters.”

Drill Hole Assays in the Newly Discovered Buck Zone Connects the West Lisle Zone to Main Lisle deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (GER: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce assay results from Hat Project drill holes H049, H052, and H053 (Drill holes H050 & H051 were previously reported 06/010/23). Of special significance is drill hole H052 that intersected more than 500 meters with strong Copper and Gold Mineralization within which a 211.2 meter interval included 0.35 g/t Gold, 0.37% Copper with a total 1.33% Copper Equivalent**. Also particularly notable is an apparent increase in strength of all metals with increased depth. Cobalt assay results for drill hole H053 are among the highest ever reported for the Lisle Zone. Drill holes H052 and H053 are in the Buck zone connecting the western Lisle zone with the strong mineralization of the southern Lisle zone.

The reported drill holes cover a 150m x 260m area if projected to surface. The drill hole locations were carefully selected to gradually increase the Lisle deposit volume for the upcoming resource estimation, anticipated to be released Q1 of 2024. Table 1 shows assay intervals in detail and Table 2 provides information concerning drill hole locations. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the locations and distribution of mineralization. Drill holes H052 and H053 provide a link from the west part of Lisle Zone to its southern extension.

Farshad Shirvani, Doubleview’s president and CEO, comments that “The 2023 drill campaign has exceeded all expectations. These first pair of drill holes connect the newly discovered Buck zone with the Lisle zone, which until now had previously been viewed as two separate areas. It’s anticipated that this will add significantly to the size and value of the Hat deposit. Besides the consistently high values of scandium and the continuous numbers for copper, the results for cobalt in drill hole H049 are, as with the case in H053, some of the highest grading cobalt assays ever encountered at the Hat deposit. This underlines the project’s outstanding importance to potentially be supportive for Canada’s ambitious plan to tackle climate change and have an independent supply of critical metals.”

Mr. Shirvani continued “While work is continuing to prepare the resource estimation data package, we are steadily advancing our drill hole coverage southward to the nearly unexplored Hoey zone, where earlier surface work including hand trenching, showed strong copper, cobalt and gold mineralization.”

Currently the 2023 drilling campaign continues to advance the Hat project, and the total drilled length of this season exceeds 8,000 meters.

This sub-sample is then pulverized to 85% passing a 75-micron screen. All samples are analyzed for Au, Pt, Pd by 50g fire-assay fusion/ICP-ES finish, using PGM-ICP24 package. A separate 0.25g pulp split is analyzed by Four Acid digestion/ICP-MS finish, reporting 48 elements. Over limit elements are analyzed by Ore Grade Four Acid digestion/ICP-ES finish using ME-OG62 assay package. All of Doubleview’s core samples are analyzed or assayed at independent ISO 17025 and ISO 9001- certified laboratories.

Doubleview Reports Proprietary Metallurgical Testwork Demonstrates Recovery of Scandium into a Secondary Phosphate Product, with a Total Scandium Recovery Greater than 90% from the Hat Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce that proprietary metallurgical testwork on mineralized core samples from the Hat Polymetallic deposit, located in Northwest British Columbia, successfully demonstrated the recovery of scandium to secondary scandium and aluminum phosphate precipitates, and that the total scandium recovery was greater than 90%. The Metallurgical testwork is now advancing to the next level of producing a final scandium product.

“Doubleview, under the guidance of Mr. Andrew Carter, his metallurgical team at Tetra Tech and their innovative approach, has achieved a significant milestone that positions the Company uniquely on the global stage for Cobalt and Scandium. Doubleview believes it has developed the HAT Deposit into an important copper, cobalt, and scandium deposit. This achievement places the Company at the forefront of the critical metals industry on a global scale,” Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview, stated.

He continued: “This accomplishment underscores Doubleview’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the Mineral Exploration and Metallurgical sector.”

Metallurgical Process:

Earlier testwork had shown that geologic materials derived from the HAT project contained scandium at elevated levels above that normally associated with crustal rocks, please see news release dated October 01, 2021. This testwork also showed scandium reported to the flotation tailings product, as per news release from August 09, 2022. Recent testwork has focused on the treatment of flotation tailings for the recovery of scandium into an intermediate product for further processing and ultimate scandium recovery.

Archaeology Branch Confirms Doubleview’s Favorable Interim Archaeological Impact Assessment

Doubleview Gold Corp (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce the Archaeology Branch of the Ministry of Forests confirms the findings in the interim Archaeological Impact Assessment (“the Assessment”) prepared by Taiga Heritage Consulting Ltd., under permit 2022-0470 and determined no additional archaeological work is required on the permitted work area of the Hat Polymetallic Project located northwest British Columbia, Canada.

The Interim Archaeological Impact Assessment conducted under HCA (Heritage Conservation Act) Permit 22-0470 and prepared by Taiga Heritage Consulting Ltd. is concluded and no additional archaeological work is required within the proposed development areas and existing boundaries of the Hat Permit.

Doubleview Gold Corp appreciates the collaborative effort involved in ensuring responsible development in the region and is committed to upholding these standards while conducting operations with the utmost care and respect for the environment and the area’s cultural heritage. In the unlikely event that unexpected archaeological features are encountered during development or operations, the company will immediately cease work in the vicinity of the discovery and contact the Archaeology Branch.

Doubleview President and CEO, Mr. Farshad Shirvani, stated, “The positive Assessment is in line with Doubleview’s commitment to responsible exploration practices and environmental stewardship in all its operations. Additionally, the positive Assessment allows for further exploration and drilling at the project, including at the Hoey target, 1.4km from the Lisle Zone, that has produced some of the best surface sampling results from bedrock seen at the Hat Deposit to date.”

“As Canada and the world move towards achieving net-zero economies, it becomes imperative to responsibly develop natural resources, from discovery to mining. The Company’s HAT Deposit contains several critical metals, as defined by the federal government, which will play a significant role in positioning Canada as a net-zero nation. Results from the Company’s NI43-101 Resource Estimate, currently being calculated, will provide a comprehensive overview of the potential scale of Doubleview’s contribution to this promising future.”

Doubleview Reports the Exploration Model and 2023 Diamond Drilling Targets at the Hat Polymetallic Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to report that this season’s exploration drilling at its Hat polymetallic deposit has been successful in extending the dimensions of the Lisle Zone. Drilling is continuing to systematically increase the deposit envelop, and infill parts of the exploration model where drill hole coverage had been lighter.

Note, for discussion purposes and to refer to areas shown in the accompanying drawing (Figure 1), the newly-named “Buck Zone” lies between Main Lisle Zone that has been drill tested since its discovery in 2014 and its west extension; the “Feeder Zone” refers to the newly discovered south extension of the Lisle Deposit.

Recent drilling indicates that the Buck Zone, as shown, has dimensions of approximately 430 metres by 540 metres, whereas the Feeder Zone extends the deposit approximately 400 metres south and appears to be at least 500 metres east-west, bringing the total dimensions of the Lisle zone to about 1,450 metres (north-south) X 1,400 metres (east-west). Core samples are being analysed, relevant sample data will be reported when received, verified and compiled.

Doubleview’s President and CEO, Farshad Shirvani, commented that the 2023 exploration program has successfully achieved the objectives of increasing the dimensions of the mineralization envelope and infilling key parts of the deposit model, important progress as we prepare to initiate resource estimation. Recent drilling not only served to show geological and mineralogical continuity in important parts of the deposit but has helped remove areas of data weakness while giving guidance for further drill testing. Our geologic model will be up-dated and revised following completion of our 2023 exploration season. We are deeply appreciative of the continuing support of our shareholders as we work diligently to define the Hat Deposit and its endowment of strategic metals.

Doubleview Surpasses 7,500m This Season Diamond Drill Coring at the Hat Polymetallic Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to report that diamond drill coring at the Hat Polymetallic Deposit in 2023 has exceeded footages achieved in all prior years. Total coring has passed the 7,500 metre milestone and is continuing at full speed.

Doubleview’s drilling and other activities are wholly focused on expanding our mineral resource by extending the mineralization laterally and to greater depths and learning more about the geology and metallurgy of what appears more and more, to be a deposit of considerable importance. We welcome the challenge of unearthing more of its unique characteristics and we look forward to sharing details of our progress in news releases and other media.

The Company, in addition to the remarkable drilling performance, has been particularly active in laboratory and resource estimation studies and is positioning itself for accelerated exploration efforts in the remainder of the field season. Substantial progress has been made in improving and enhancing our Hat Project facilities, particularly those related to camp infrastructure. We are happy to report that despite this being one of British Columbia’s driest and most wildfire destructive seasons on record, we, with the total cooperation of our field crew, have avoided any fire-related shutdowns or incidents.

Doubleview has taken substantial steps to enhance our operational capacities and camp infrastructure during the ongoing exploration program to prepare for the anticipated expansion of our exploration activities.

Notably, a team of six archaeologists undertook extensive archaeological fieldwork, including shovel test studies. The results of this work will contribute to detailed archaeological reports, which will be submitted to the Archaeological Branch of BC and the Ministry of Energy and Mine and Low Carbon Innovation. The Company is pleased to report that the initial findings suggest no significant archaeological obstacles on the Hat Polymetallic project.

To ensure the integrity of our various activities, and in anticipation of greater levels of exploration, we have reviewed and revised our quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and can confirm that our chain-of-control and other measures are working smoothly and satisfactorily.

Company announces it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company to acquire an aggregate of 1,450,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.35 (the “Options”) in accordance with the Company’s 10% rolling incentive stock option plan. The Options are exercisable for a five-year term expiring September 12, 2028, and will become fully vested immediately.
