Central Lisle Zone Drill Results Discussion:

The exceptional grades and intercepts reported from holes H078 and H079 confirm the high-grade nature of the mineralization within the Central Lisle Zone and suggest proximity to the core of the porphyry system, possibly representing the feeder zone. The intercepts display consistent copper, gold and strong cobalt values, as well as consistent scandium mineralization, reinforcing the Hat Deposit’s potential as a significant resource of strategic metals.

President and CEO, Farshad Shirvani, commented:

“These are the most significant drill results we have ever reported from the Hat Project that is attracting attention from major players in the metals industry. The substantial copper and gold grades over considerable lengths indicate that we may be intersecting the core of the porphyry system. These results not only underscore the robust nature of the Hat Deposit but also enhance its potential to become a world-class polymetallic resource. We are excited about the conclusions of these findings and look forward to advancing the project with further drilling and exploration activities.”

2- East Lisle New Horizon:

The East Lisle Zone has revealed a promising new zone of mineralization beyond the conceptual pit shell proposed in MRE V1 [note (b)] and at depth, which is expected to be extended in the upcoming MRE V2 with new conceptual pit walls. All drill holes in this setting intersected strong copper and gold mineralization.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

Hat Project drill cores are processed at Doubleview’s camp where they are photographed, measured and logged by our technical staff and then divided using a diamond bladed saw. One half is placed in a stout bag to form the assay sample that is forwarded securely to the independent analytical lab. The remaining half core is stored on site where it is available for further examination and sampling. The assay cores are subject to a Chain of Custody routine as they are shipped from camp to a bonded carrier for delivery to the lab.

Core samples are analysed at the North Vancouver facility of ALS Canada Ltd. using their PREP-31, PGM-ICP24, ME-MS61, and ME-ICP06 packages. Each core sample is dried, then crushed to 70% passing a 2mm screen. All material is processed in an automatic Riffle splitter to yield a 250g homogenized, representative sample. This sub-sample is then pulverized to 85% passing a 75-micron screen. All samples are analyzed for Au, Pt, Pd by 50g fire-assay fusion/ICP-ES finish, using PGM-ICP24 package. A separate 0.25g pulp split is analyzed by Four Acid digestion/ICP-MS finish, reporting 48 elements. Over limit elements are analyzed by Ore Grade Four Acid digestion/ICP-ES finish using ME-OG62 assay package. All of Doubleview’s core samples are analyzed or assayed at independent ISO 17025 and ISO 9001- certified laboratories.

When initial assays are received and accepted by our staff, a certain fraction of the samples will be sent to a second ISO-certified lab for check assay and verification purposes. Assays will be reported in News Releases.

Doubleview Gold Corp Increases the Dimensions of the Hat Polymetallic Deposit with High-Grade and Extensive Mineralization in Drill Holes H075 to H077

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company” or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce further drill hole results from the 2024 drill campaign at its 100% owned Polymetallic Hat Porphyry Project, located in northwestern British Columbia. Long copper-gold-silver-cobalt intercepts in Drill holes H075, H076 and H077 expand the mineralization and potentially will increase the Hat Project’s resource in size and grade.

2024 Exploration:

The 2024 drilling program was designed to confirm the integrity of the resource estimate categories, particularly the indicated resource figures and potentially to allow elevating part or all to a measured resource. Holes were directed to intersect shallow mineralization and to further explore high grade zones. Drilling has confirmed the continuity of mineralization indicating that the deposit exhibits greater consistency than typically expected of a porphyry-style deposit.

Mr. Farshad Shirvani, president & CEO of Doubleview, states: “The 2024 drill campaign was successful in testing, confirming and improving our resource model. We are encouraged to see the occurrence of mineralization closer to the surface as well as strong mineralization drill holes which proves continuity and allows for more detailed structural interpretations. This will strongly reflect in the upcoming MRE.V 2.0 that will be part of Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and add value to the Polymetallic Hat Deposit by increasing the metal content. We are continuously working on our exploration model as data becomes available to recognize details of the deposit and its critical and precious metals.”

Doubleview Gold Corp Is Concluding the Successful Drill Season of 2024

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the “Company” or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce that it has completed another successful drill season at its 100% owned Polymetallic Hat porphyry project, located in northwestern British Columbia. As previously announced, on October 16, 2024, the objectives of this drill season were to confirm the Mineral Resource Estimate’s (‘MRE’) block model, proof further the continuity of mineralization, increase the resource model integrity, and test new areas.

In this 2024 drill season, the Company again drilled more than 10,000 metres in 18 drill holes. 5,627 drill core samples weighing over 23 tonnes were shipped to an accredited analytical laboratory. Doubleview’s QA/QC sampling and assaying protocols are shown below. Highlights of the initial assay results from drill holes H072, H073 and H074 from the October, 16th 2024 News Release are:

Drill hole H072:

  • 686.0m of 0.23% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au, 64 g/t Co, 0.33 g/t Ag and 25.7 g/t Sc (0.38% CuEq*)
  • including 154.0m of 0.66% Cu, 0.46 g/t Au, 112 g/t Co, 0.96 g/t Ag and 24 g/t Sc (1.07% CuEq*)
  • including 62.0m of 1.12% Cu, 0.79 g/t Au, 173 g/t Co, 1.62 g/t Ag and 23.9 g/t Sc (1.81 % CuEq*)
  • including 2.0m of 5% Cu, 2.96 g/t Au, 511 g/t Co, 5.03 g/t Ag and 7 g/t Sc (7.48% CuEq*)

Drill hole H073:

  • 109m of 0.29% Cu, 0.21 g/t Au, 83 g/t Co, 0.47 g/t Ag and 6 g/t Sc (0.5% CuEq*).

Drill hole H074:

  • 128 m of 0.18%Cu, 0.14 g/t Au, 82 g/t Co, 0.29 g/t Ag and 29 g/t Sc (0.33% CuEq*)

(* Note 1: CuEq currently does not include the Scandium)
(Refer to the news release October 16th, 2024 for details)

As predicted in Doubleview’s MRE block model, drilling successfully encountered mineralization in previously un-drilled areas which also confirmed the model. In addition, three other areas were drilled. One, located at the east side of the project had been drilled previously by one hole, but this season’s drill holes explored an area of about 125m to the north of the drill site. Doubleview also stepped out 300m to the north and northwest of the Lisle Deposit to test anomaly E. Visual inspection of the drill core from these areas confirms continuity of pyrite and chalcopyrite mineralization that is characteristic of the Hat deposit.

Farshad Shirvani, president & CEO of Doubleview, stated: “We set out with several goals this season and I am pleased to announce that all objectives have been met. I sincerely appreciate the hard work of our field crew who tirelessly worked to achieve the 10,000-metre milestone again. I am looking forward to receiving the results. The continued development of our remarkable Polymetallic Hat project is bringing the spotlight to the mineral wealth of the region and the entire province of British Columbia. It takes projects like the Hat to secure important critical minerals such as copper, cobalt and scandium for the green evolution in North America and elsewhere.”

The recent drill holes were strategically directed towards untested central areas of the Lisle Zone, which are integral to the block model developed by our consulting team for the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). All three drill holes are situated within the mineral resource pit, as detailed in Doubleview’s news release dated July 25, 2024. These drill results not only validate the existing block model but also provide additional data that enhances our confidence in its accuracy. In preparation for the upcoming enhanced resource estimate for the Hat deposit, our primary objective of demonstrating continuity, increasing the density of data, and further improving the quality of the geological models, has been successfully achieved. The three cross sections included in this release illustrate the intersected mineralization within the Hat polymetallic mineral deposit, highlighting the mineralized blocks for each drill hole.

Doubleview Provides Exploration Update at the Hat Polymetallic Mineral Deposit, 2024 Drilling Now Exceeds 7,500 m

Doubleview (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the 2024 drilling program at the Hat polymetallic mineral deposit, located in Northern British Columbia, has now surpassed 7,500 meters and is continuing. The company anticipates receiving the first assay results of the 2024 drilling season in the very near future. The drilling program will expand the mineral resource, infill areas with limited drill data, and extend the lateral and depth boundaries of the existing resource envelope, which remains open in all directions and at depth.

The 2024 drill targets recognize the mineral resource block model from the recently completed Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) and will increase the mineral resource and upgrade the confidence level of the resource categories. The drilling has met expectations, with visual results aligning with and confirming the block model’s projections. The Hat deposit hosts several critical minerals as defined in the Canadian Critical Minerals Strategy, including copper, cobalt and, potentially, scandium, and possibly others.

Farshad Shirvani, president & CEO of Doubleview, commented, “Year by year, the size of the Hat deposit has been increased by very targeted drilling, bringing it to a footprint of about 1.5km x 1.38km. Our technical and management team has excelled in this endeavor. Furthermore, we’ve discovered numerous additional elements within the Hat deposit that may become significant and enhance the resource: the Hat deposit may be unique among British Columbia’s many. Recent moves by the governments of Canada and British Columbia in recognize the importance of critical minerals and announce targeted infrastructure investments in support of our industry and the many communities and businesses that directly benefit.”

Selected Drill Results Prior to 2024 Exploration:

Every year Doubleview releases details of the year’s drilling and activities. The Company website maintains all relevant information. Visual estimates indicate that 2024 drilling has exceeded expectations and will further validate the resource model and increase the dimensions of the mineral resource envelope.

Table 1 provides previously announced key intersections, including copper equivalents and selected significant intercepts. These results, combined with the ongoing drilling program, are expected to further validate the Hat deposit’s resource model and increase the dimensions of the Hat mineral resource envelope.

Doubleview Announces Drilling at the Hat Polymetallic Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: A1W038) (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce resumption of drilling at its Hat Project in Northern British Columbia where, prior to a short worker relief stoppage, work had included 3,460 metres of drilling. As detailed below, current work builds upon the extensive database of technical and statistical models used in preparation of the Company’s first Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE – V1”) that was announced last week.

The Mineral Resource Estimate reported:

  • Micon International Limited authored the MRE and fulfilled the criteria for an MRE to meet the definition of potentially economic extraction.
  • An indicated resource of 150 million tonnes (Mt) and an inferred resource of 477 Mt at 0.2% copper equivalent (“CuEq**”) cut-off grade* or
  • An indicated resource of 1.353 billion pounds (Blb) of CuEq at 0.408% CuEq, which includes 733 Mlb of copper, 28 Mlb of cobalt, 929 thousand ounces of gold and 2 million ounces of silver and
  • An inferred resource of 3.619 Blb of CuEq at 0.344% CuEq cut-off grade, which includes 1.945 Blb of copper, 91 Mlb of cobalt, 2.328 million ounces of gold and 7.575 million ounces of silver.
  • The scandium potential for the Hat Deposit is estimated to be 300 to 500 million tonnes at an average grade of 40 ppm (0.004%) Sc2O3.

For more detailed information on the mineral resource estimate, please see the Company’s news release dated July 25, 2024.

The main objectives of the 2024 drilling program are to:

  • Improve grade and further explore mineralization trends identified by statistical and geological models and interpretations
  • Conduct in-fill drilling in areas where drill holes are sparce or overly widespread and better define the mineral deposit’s envelope
  • Target areas of shallower mineralization to improve grade and tonnage prior to a future “Version 2” MRE
  • Enhance our complete database to guide future exploration and resource estimates

The current parameters of the MRE-V1 have been carefully examined using statistical and geological models to guide the 2024 exploration and further develop the Hat deposit.

Initial 2024 drilling was focused on the central Lisle Zone to better define the mineralization, confirm its westerly extension and with greater density of information, demonstrate internal continuity of metal values. Drill holes H072 to H075 (Table 1 and Figure 1) were instrumental in this regard and hole H076, in progress, is expected to provide similar results. The Company has sent the core rock samples from drill holes H072 to H075 to our analytical services provider and we anticipate being able to release assay data in the near future.

Figure 1 illustrates, in Plan and Section views, the locations of our 2024 drill holes.

Mr. Farshad Shirvani, president & CEO of the Company, commented, “We shifted our focus from building an initial resource at the polymetallic Hat deposit to expanding the same. Several opportunities to improve the maiden resource were identified which we want to realize promptly during this year’s field season, including very targeted drilling.”

Doubleview Gold Corp. Announces Significant Copper and Gold Intervals, Including 6.94% Copper and 8.29 g/t Gold (11.27% Cu Eq[-Sc]) Over 4 meters, from South Lisle and Main Lisle Zones of Hat Porphyry Polymetallic Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview”) is pleased to announce analyses from the final five Hat Property drill holes of the 2023 drill campaign. Drill holes H067 and H068 in the South Lisle Zone returned very significant intervals of copper and gold values that add important length and grade dimensions to the porphyry deposit. Drill holes H069 and H070, in the main Lisle zone, were strategically placed to verify and expand our exploration model and have increased the mineralization and shown near-surface continuation. The enhanced volume of mineralization will be reflected in the estimates included in the Maiden Resource Estimate (MRE) currently being prepared.

The Hat Porphyry project is located in the prolific “Golden Triangle” of the Stikine mining district of northwestern British Columbia, Canada, and is in a territory that hosts several large base and precious metal deposits. In addition to copper and gold, the Hat Deposit contains several critical metals, including Cobalt, and Scandium.

Mr. Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO, comments that “The 2023 program of drilling comprised almost 11,000 metres of drilling that explored and extended the Lisle deposit to west, south and southwest, enabled new interpretation of the deposit orientation and model, and revealed a new gold-silver-cobalt-rich area. Several previously unconnected mineral zones were joined and over-all dimensions were increased. A 4 meter section of hole H067 returned a remarkable 6.94% copper and 8.29 g/t gold (11.27% Cu Eq[-Sc] “Cu Eq calculated excluding Sc content”). Data for the Maiden Resource Estimate (MRE) were compiled and forwarded to an outside, arm’s length, consultant. When completed the MRE will be published and mark a very material progression in our development of the Hat deposit”.

South Lisle Zone:

Drill holes H067 and H068 returned strong Copper and Gold mineralization consistent with that reported from hole H034 and confirmed the apparent trend of mineralization to deeper and higher concentrations in the Lisle South area.

Drill hole H067:

Hole H067 intersected significant Gold and Copper mineralization over its entire length from 9 meters depth (see Table 1):

  • 537.8 meters of 0.24g/t Au plus 0.17% Cu (0.34% Cu Eq[-Sc])
  • Including: 210.4 meters of 0.47g/t Au plus 0.47% Cu (0.64% Cu Eq[-Sc])
  • Including: 113.3 meters of 0.75g/t Au plus 0.52% Cu (1.01% Cu Eq[-Sc])

Scandium:

Scandium, one of the rarest metals, is deemed “critical” by Canadian and American federal governments. The Hat deposit is one of a small number of North American deposits that potentially contains significant amounts of scandium:

Scandium is utilized in various industries due to its unique properties, especially when alloyed with aluminum. Applications take advantage of scandium’s ability to enhance the strength, durability, and thermal resistance of aluminum, making the resultant alloy ideal for aerospace, military, and automotive industries. Additionally, scandium finds applications in the manufacturing of solid oxide fuel cells, where it serves as a critical component due to its electrical conductivity and heat resistance. These fuel cells are used in power generation with high efficiency and low emissions. Other industries that benefit from the use of scandium include lighting, electronics, and 3D printing, leveraging its capacity to improve the performance of materials and components within these sectors.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

Core samples were prepared at the North Vancouver facility of ALS Canada Ltd. using their PREP-31, PGM-ICP24, ME-MS61, and ME-ICP06 packages.
