Atlas Lithium’s Neves Project Completes Definitive Feasibility Study Estimating 145% IRR and 11-Month Payback

Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX) (Atlas Lithium or Company), a leading lithium development company, is pleased to announce that SGS Canada Inc. (SGS) has completed the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the Company’s 100%-owned Neves Lithium Project (Project), a technical report prepared under the U.S. guidelines of Item 1300 of Regulation S-K (Regulation S-K 1300). This hard-rock Project is well-suited to being a low-cost open-pit mining operation, as its spodumene deposits are located relatively close to the surface. Located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, the Project encompasses 4 of the 98 mineral rights for lithium owned by Atlas Lithium. As detailed in the DFS, the Neves Project is expected to deliver strong financial metrics with an internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 145%, payback in 11 months from the start of operations, and an after-tax net present value (“NPV”) of $539 million. Importantly, the DFS estimates the Neves Project to have operational production costs of only $489 per tonne of lithium concentrate, positioning Atlas Lithium among the world’s lowest-cost producers. Complete details of these metrics can be found in the DFS, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an exhibit to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Marc-Antoine Laporte from SGS serves as the Qualified Person for the DFS under Regulation S-K 1300. SGS is well-known as a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services for mineral properties and projects.

Industry-Leading Capital Efficiency and Low Operating Costs
The DFS supports that expected direct capital expenditures of $57.6 million will be needed for the implementation of the Project, by far the lowest such capital costs among other announced projects in Brazil. Notably, Atlas Lithium has already invested approximately $30 million in acquiring and transporting the Project’s newly fabricated dense media separation (“DMS”) plant to Brazil, as previously reported. The Company has secured two non-dilutive pre-payment agreements for its lithium concentrate totaling $40 million and has received additional funding interest from other parties, including 10-year debt financing options, any of which could support the Project’s capital requirements.

The Company believes that the DFS validates the Project’s strong economics, positioning it among the most capital-efficient and lowest-cost hard-rock lithium developments globally. The Project will employ proven DMS technology, with comprehensive metallurgical testing demonstrating an expected robust lithium recovery rate of 61.7% to produce high-quality, low-impurity lithium concentrate. This relatively straightforward, low-risk DMS processing methodology minimizes technical complexity and operational risk while enabling a low environmental footprint.

Atlas Lithium’s mineral right to be mined, as detailed in the DFS, received its “Portaria de Lavra” (mining concession) status from Brazil’s Ministry of Mines and Energy on May 27, 2025 — the highest level of titleship in Brazil and one that allows continuous mining operations. Multiple deposit areas within the Project remain open for resource expansion along strike and at depth and are thus expected to extend the life of mine. Additionally, numerous high-potential geological targets remain within the Project’s mineral rights, providing compelling opportunities for future exploration.

Located in the established Araçuaí Pegmatite District in the Vale do Jequitinhonha, often called Lithium Valley, the Project benefits from favorable infrastructure, including proximity to transportation networks, water resources, and skilled labor. The Project qualifies for tax incentives from the Superintendency for the Development of the Northeast (SUDENE), as promulgated by Brazil’s Ministry of Integration and Regional Development, reducing the corporate tax rate from 34% to 15.25% and further enhancing profitability.

“The DFS indicates potentially outstanding returns for our initial vision of developing a focused, near-term, profitable lithium production asset with minimal capital requirements,” said Marc Fogassa, Chairman and CEO of Atlas Lithium. “The combination of our low capital intensity and rapid payback period is expected to create exceptional value for our shareholders while positioning Atlas Lithium to benefit from future organic expansion opportunities at Neves and other high-potential lithium areas that we own. Importantly, we are creating many quality employment opportunities in the Vale do Jequitinhonha region, representing a significant societal contribution of our Project.”

Experienced Leadership Driving Project Implementation
Following his leadership role in collaborating with SGS on the DFS, project implementation activities are being supervised by Eduardo Queiroz, Atlas Lithium’s Project Management Officer (PMO) and Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Queiroz has more than two decades of hands-on experience managing complex, large-scale mining projects.

“The DFS demonstrates the technical robustness of the Project, with proven DMS technology and comprehensive metallurgical test work validated by SGS, a premier firm in the lithium space,” said Mr. Queiroz. “With our processing plant fully fabricated and paid for, and now with the DFS in hand, we have systematically de-risked the Project. I am excited to lead the implementation phase of Atlas Lithium’s journey to becoming a lithium producer.”

Salinas and Clear: The Next Expansion Frontier
Atlas Lithium is strategically positioned to capitalize on its extensive regional lithium exploration portfolio in Brazil, particularly through advancement of its Salinas Project and Clear Project, both 100% owned by the Company. Atlas Lithium’s Salinas Project is just 5 miles east of the Colina lithium asset previously owned by Latin Resources — a major factor in Pilbara Minerals’s acquisition of that company in 2024 for approximately $370 million. At the Salinas Project, Atlas Lithium has already achieved promising initial results, including the discovery of spodumene-rich pegmatites very close to the surface, and highly positive results from soil geochemistry and from LIDAR geological mapping.

Atlas Lithium’s Clear Project is located less than 4 miles from Sigma Lithium’s operating lithium mine, and represents significant untapped potential with highly positive results from soil geochemistry and from LIDAR geological mapping.

Diversification in Critical Minerals
Atlas Lithium also owns approximately 30% of Atlas Critical Minerals Corporation (OTCQB: JUPGF), a separate company with exploration programs in uranium, rare earths, titanium, and graphite.

Military Metals Announces Grab Sample Results up to 40.6% Antimony and 106.5 gpt Gold from Stockpile of Historically Mined Material at West Gore Antimony-Gold Project, Nova Scotia

Military Metals Corp. (CSE: MILI) (OTCQB: MILIF) (FSE: QN90) (the “Company” or “MILI”) reports the analyses of five samples of antimony (stibnite) and gold-rich mineralized material taken from a historical mine stockpile at the Company’s 100% owned past producing West Gore antimony-gold project (“West Gore” or “the Project”) located in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. These samples were collected as part of efforts to characterize the historical deposit to optimize initial exploration methods. These high-grade results support the documented grades of material historically mined between 1914-1917 when West Gore was one of Canada’s most significant antimony producers during World War One, to support the allied war effort. These results complement the announcement on July 8, 2025 that the Company had identified new drill targets extending well beyond the area of previous mining, plans to commence a drill program are currently being finalized.

Historical Stockpile Sample Highlights:

  • Highest grade sample returned 40.6 percent (%) Antimony and 106.5 Grams Per Tonne (gpt) in sample 247228 (Antimony samples ranged from 2.12% to 40.6%, gold samples ranged from 11.75 gpt to 106.5 gpt
  • Additional high-grade antimony results included 23.5% and 18.1% in samples 247230 and 247232, respectively
  • Additional high-grade gold results included 27.4 gpt and 25.8 gpt in samples 247232 and 247230, respectively
  • Average antimony results over all five samples of 17.94%
  • Average gold results over all five samples of 34.68 gpt
  • 3 high priority drill targets that were never previously identified will be drill tested in an upcoming work program

Scott Eldridge, CEO of Military Metals, stated: “The recent samples collected of up to 40.6% antimony seen in massive stibnite, the mineral that hosts antimony, from our project area have returned some spectacular results, reinforcing our exploration plan to commence drilling. With additional exploration, we can further unlock the potential of our asset and, play a strategic role in the critical minerals supply chain at a time when secure, domestic sources of antimony are in growing demand. Today’s results also demonstrate the gold values that could be an important by-product or co-product as we prepare to drill. We are extremely encouraged by the high antimony and gold grades of these five specimens from the past producing mine at our Nova Scotia project. We look forward to advancing this discovery through further exploration and unlocking its full value for our shareholders. Nova Scotia’s government, led by Environment Minister Tim Halman, has announced updates to the approval process for metal-mining projects aimed at accelerating timelines. In summary, the new rules are designed to streamline mining approvals and benefit industry progress.”

Summary of Results:

Historical documentation reports that 32,000 metric tons were mined at West Gore in turn producing 7,000 metric tons of concentrate grading 46% antimony yielding 3,220 metric tons of antimony metal, and 6,861 ounces of gold (source: NI 43-101 Technical Report for the West Gore Sb-Au Project, May 25, 2021, prepared by M.S. King, PGeo & M.C. Corey PGeo, May 25, 2021, for Battery Elements Corp). This indicates recovered grades of 10.06% antimony and 0.21 ounces per ton (6.5 gpt) gold, historically. Historical mining was both small-scale and selective, almost certainly enhanced by hand sorting at surface prior to processing. Commercial production ceased in 1917.

Table 1 below displays the analytical results for antimony and gold from the five samples. Antimony varies from a low of 2.12 to a high of 40.6%, for an average of 17.94%; gold varies from a low of 11.75 to a high of 106.5 gpt, for an average of 34.68 gpt (uncapped). These grades support the accuracy of historical documentation of mined grades. Of mineralogical interest is the fact that two of the samples, 247230 and 247231, ran 2.01 and 2.81% lead, respectively.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

The samples were analyzed at the laboratories of ALS Canada in Vancouver. Samples were crushed, split, ground, split, and a 35 gram portion subjected to a four-acid digestion followed by Induction Coupled Plasma (“ICP”) – Mass Spectrometry (“MS”) analysis. Over-limit samples for gold and antimony (all five of them) were analyzed by fire assay and ICP- Atomic Emission Spectrometry (“AES”) analysis, respectively. Internal Quality Assurance – Quality Control protocols were followed by the lab including blanks, standards, and duplicates to ensure analytical accuracy.

Mining History and Geology of the Region:

Gold in Nova Scotia was first discovered in 1860, which led to gold rushes throughout many parts of the province over the years following. Gold production in the Rawdon hills began in 1884 and continued until 1932 from several mines. Gold deposits of Nova Scotia’s Meguma Terrane typically occur as relatively shallow-dipping, bedding-parallel “saddle reef” type vein systems controlled by regional fold structures. Gold deposits of the Rawdon area, which is found at the east edge of West Gore, are uniquely characterized by the occurrence of steeply east-dipping gold-bearing veins striking north-northwest across bedding. The Government of Nova Scotia’s Mineral Occurrence Database reports that historical production from the Rawdon Hills area mines totaled 13,494 ounces. Antimony is a common accessory element in many gold mines around the world, occasionally occurring in higher concentrations.

The technical contents of this release were reviewed and approved by David Murray PGeo, President and Principal Consultant of Resourceful Geoscience Solutions Inc. of Halifax, Nova Scotia, a consultant to the Company, and qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Murray has independently verified that the historical information presented here about the West Gore deposit is consistent with the historical records available.

Doubleview Gold Corp Provides Comprehensive Update on Its Flagship Project – the Polymetallic Hat Deposit

Doubleview Gold Corp (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (WKN: LA1W038) (FSE: 1D4) (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a detailed update on its 100%-owned polymetallic Hat Deposit strategically located in northwestern British Columbia, Canada.

Polymetallic Hat Deposit  Momentum Builds for Resource Enhancement and Scandium Metallurgy

The Company is currently executing its most extensive field activities to date at the Hat Project. The 2025 drill campaign is well underway and seamlessly connecting to the successes of the previous seasons, significantly advancing our geological understanding and laying a robust foundation for an updated mineral resource estimate which will be part of the preliminary economic assessment.

In the Company’s ongoing 2025 exploration program, Doubleview has completed 4,500 meters of diamond drilling across 7 new holes, with an average depth of approximately 665 meters. This includes drill hole H096, which impressively reached a total depth of 922.5 meters. These efforts have successfully targeted intended zones within the deposit, providing invaluable information for resource modeling and estimation. The drill core photos at the end of this news release show a few select mineralization intercepts.

Looking ahead, the next phases of drilling will focus on evaluating the eastern edges and reaching into the deeper parts of the Hat deposit, with the objective of further expanding the known mineralization footprint and understanding the genesis of the deposit.

Scandium Recovery Studies — A Strategic Priority

Given the critical importance of scandium — a highly sought-after rare earth mineral in North America — Doubleview is placing special emphasis on its extraction and recovery from Hat deposit with the objective of developing an achievable process to produce an economical and marketable product.

Three accredited professional metallurgical facilities are independently conducting parallel testwork on the Hat Deposit’s samples. Diverse methodologies are employed during the bulk processing by each entity. While final results are anticipated, interim meetings and discussions have been extremely encouraging, suggesting significant recovery potential for scandium. These studies are integral to the mineral resource evaluation and will define the best marketable product.

Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA)

The Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Hat Deposit is currently underway across several disciplines. This includes incorporating the updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) Version 2, which will integrate all drill hole results of the 2024 drill campaign. Many other aspects of the mineral deposit’s final modeling and evaluation are simultaneously progressing. Notably, scandium would potentially be added to the resource evaluation, which could further enhance the project’s economic outcome. The completed PEA will represent the conclusion of the due diligence process for several interested parties that may potentially join the Company in developing the Hat Deposit.

Environmental and Permitting Pathway Advances

Kincora Secures Strategic North American Investors and Announces Private Placement

Copper-gold explorer and project generator Kincora Copper Limited (TSXV: KCC) (ASX: KCC) (“Kincora” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it proposes to undertake a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) at C$0.30 per unit (the “Units”) to raise up to C$4,000,000. All prices and share numbers in this release assume completion of a 10:1 consolidation (“Consolidation”) prior to or concurrent with the Offering.

The Offering is subject to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) acceptance and approvals required under the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) Listing Rules, as well as other regulatory approvals. Concurrent with, or prior to the Offering, the Company intends to complete a consolidation (the “Consolidation”) of the issued and outstanding common shares issued on the Exchange and Chess Depositary Interests (“CDIs”) on the ASX on the basis of ten (10) pre-Consolidation shares being consolidated to one (1) post-Consolidation share. Existing options will be consolidated on the same basis. The Consolidation will be subject to approval from the Company’s shareholders, the Exchange, and ASX.

The Units will comprise one common share (a “Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire a further common share at a price of C$0.50 for a term of three (3) years. The Shares will be subject to a one (1) year hold period from the closing date and such other restrictions as may be required by applicable securities laws and stock exchange rules. Fifteen (15) months after the closing date, the Company will have the right to accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants (the “Acceleration”) if the weighted average closing price of the Company’s common shares on the Exchange equals or exceeds C$0.75 (the “Acceleration Price”) for 20 consecutive trading days (the “Acceleration Event”). Upon the occurrence of the Acceleration Event, the expiry date of the Warrants will then be 30 days from the date of issue of a news release announcing the Acceleration.

“This relatively unique financing structure puts Kincora in a strong position to leverage and accelerate our strategy of more drilling, more asset level deals, more management fees and discoveries,” Cameron McRae, Chairman of Kincora, and Sam Spring, President and CEO.

“We’re especially pleased to have this strategy endorsed and financing supported by a number of leading North American natural resource sector investors, including Rick Rule and Jeff Phillips, and other new and existing respected institutional and accredited investors.”

The Company plans to use the net proceeds to fund its ongoing project generation strategy, undertake significant drilling at its 100% owned gold-base metals Condobolin project, as well as for general working capital and corporate purposes.

The Offering is subject to certain conditions customary for transactions of this nature, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the Exchange and shareholder approvals required by the ASX. In the event the Company completes the Consolidation at a ratio other than the 10:1 ratio referenced above, certain provisions of the Offering will be adjusted accordingly, including the price per Unit, the Warrant exercise price and the Acceleration Price. Completion of the Consolidation will be subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. All Warrants underlying the Units will be subject to a four (4) month plus one day hold period and Shares underlying the Units will be subject to a one (1) year hold period from closing.

A portion of the Offering is expected to include a related party transaction within the meaning of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 given the expected participation of one or potentially more existing insiders. The Company is relying on the exemptions in sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 from the valuation and shareholder approval requirements based on the fact that the fair market value of the transactions (as it concerns related parties) is not more than 25% of the market capitalization of the Company.

The Company may pay finders’ fees in connection with the Offering in accordance with the policies of the Exchange.

The Company also announces that, effective July 7, 2025, (the “Grant Date”), its Board of Directors has granted an aggregate of 3,266,927 stock options (on a post-Consolidation basis) of the Company to certain directors, officers, and consultants of the Company, with all of such stock options (the “Conditional Options”) being subject to the receipt of the applicable approval of the disinterested shareholders of the Company, acceptance of the Exchange and approvals required under the ASX Listing Rules. All such stock options shall be exercisable to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at $0.50 per Share (on a post-Consolidation basis) for a period of three (3) years from the Grant Date and such other terms as may be acceptable to the Exchange.

The Conditional Options, together with an amended equity incentive plan that will sufficiently increase the reserve of stock options available to the Company, will be presented to the disinterested shareholders of the Company for review and consideration and, if satisfactory, approval at an upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

This press release does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of any of the securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful. This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to sell any securities in the United States. The securities have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “U.S. Securities Act”) or any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to U.S. Persons unless registered under the U.S. Securities Act and applicable state securities laws or an exemption from such registration is available.

Kincora is using an asset level partner model to develop and implement exploration strategies for its wholly-owned large-scale exploration stage porphyry projects. It has already unlocked over $110 million of potential partner funding for multiple earlier stage and/or non-core porphyry projects, which has resulted in over A$5.5-million of partner funding and 11,000m of drilling to date. Partner discussions are ongoing for its remaining 100% owned flagship projects that are all situated within existing porphyry camps containing over 20 million ounce gold equivalent resource inventory at third party mines and deposits.

These partner agreements, when combined with others in the pipeline, are targeted to provide sufficient project management fees for the Company to be self-funding (covering corporate costs and maintenance of remaining wholly owned projects).

Kincora is adopting a different exploration funding model for its Condobolin project, which hosts the historical Condobolin open cut gold and base metals mining field located within the southern section of the emerging Cobar Superbasin. The length of time and capital required to both advance and add significant value to this project is expected to be materially less than that needed to similarly progress the Company’s porphyry projects.

ASN: Anson Signs MoU with POSCO Holdings for DLE Demonstration Plant Development at Green River

Anson Resources and POSCO Holdings have signed a non-binding MoU to develop a DLE Demonstration Plant at Green River Lithium Project

  • Anson Resources and POSCO Holdings have signed a non-binding MoU to develop a large scale DLE Demonstration Plant at Green River.
  • POSCO Holdings plans to construct a Demonstration Plant to test DLE technology and has initiated a review of Anson’s Green River Lithium Project.
  • POSCO Holdings plans to fully fund the plant, invest in all required infrastructure and operating costs, including a site lease fee, for the scaled demonstration testing.

Anson Resources Limited (ASX:ASN) (Anson or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has executed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with POSCO Holdings Inc. (KRX: 005490, NYSE: PKX) to collaborate on the construction of a demonstration plant at the Green River Lithium Project (“Project“) in the Paradox Basin, southern Utah, USA. The parties will also explore future partnership opportunities at the Project.

POSCO Holdings will make an investment decision on the demonstration plant at the Green River Lithium Project through the finalisation of its due diligence and internal review, expected to be completed by December 2025.

The two companies will also explore potential business cooperation opportunities, including joint investment in the Project, contingent on positive feasibility outcomes.

The Green River Lithium Project, owned by Anson Resources’s subsidiary, Blackstone Minerals NV LLC, offers compelling advantages, including low forecast production costs, ready access to existing infrastructure and a skilled local workforce. The Project sits in a strategic location within the United States to support the growing demand for domestically sourced EV battery materials.

POSCO Holdings has been conducting long-term R&D and investment reviews on next-generation lithium resources such as brine and geothermal brine for several years, utilising its comprehensive experience in lithium extraction and operational know-how, paired with its deep experience in chemicals trading and distribution.

The demonstration plant is a scaled-up version of a pilot plant designed to validate a new industrial process at a larger, commercially relevant scale before full-scale construction. The Demonstration Plant will operate on a continuous process basis to closely resemble that of the anticipated future commercial plant as well as generating significant quantities of product.

Executive Commentary
Executive Chairman & CEO, Mr. Bruce Richardson commented:
“This MoU agreement with POSCO Holdings represents another significant milestone in our commercialisation strategy and underscores the progress Anson has made in de-risking the Green River Lithium Project. The Project’s ongoing progress continues to attract additional top-tier partners who are contributing to the establishment of Green River as a globally attractive asset.

POSCO Holdings is a world-class chemicals producer with deep operational experience, and their interest further validates the quality and strategic potential of the Project.

As the global supply chain for lithium shifts toward secure, domestic sources, Anson is uniquely positioned to support this demand from within the U.S., offering low-cost, high-purity lithium production.

With forecast-leading production costs, strong local infrastructure, and a highly skilled workforce, the Green River Lithium Project is emerging as one of North America’s most compelling lithium development opportunities.”

POSCO Holdings spokesperson commented:
“This collaboration with Anson Resources represents a strategic opportunity for POSCO Holdings to strengthen our position in the North American lithium market. Through collaboration on the Green River Lithium project, we will verify the commercialization potential of DLE technology and its business feasibility in the United States. We believe our operational know-how, commercial expertise, combined with Anson’s high-quality asset, can create significant value for both companies and contribute meaningfully to the US supply chain and manufacturing.”

Founders Metals Hits 22.5 m of 11.88 g/t Gold in New Discovery at Maria Geralda

Founders Metals Inc. (TSXV: FDR) (OTCQX: FDMIF) (FSE: 9DL0) (“Founders” or the “Company”) announces a new high-grade gold discovery at its Antino Gold Project (“Antino” or “Project”) in southeastern Suriname (Figure 1). The Company reports a 22.5 metre (m) interval of 11.88 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) at Maria Geralda, a new exploration target approximately 5 km SE of Lower Antino. The drilling follows up on systematic surface exploration, including prospecting, mapping, and augering programs that identified a 500 m by 400 m gold anomaly at surface.

Highlights

  • First-ever drilling at Maria Geralda delivers exceptional results with 22.5 m of 11.88 g/t Au (MG003)
  • Discovery validates systematic exploration approach with auger sampling identifying a 500 m by 400 m gold anomaly at surface where 54% of samples returned assays above 0.1 g/t Au
  • Significant expansion potential with the discovery zone open along strike and to depth, supporting plans for follow-up drilling in 2025

Colin Padget, President & CEO of Founders, commented, “While weather has limited our access to other exploration targets recently, we were pleased to maintain ready access to Maria Geralda and follow up on early surface results. This outstanding start to drilling at Maria Geralda further validates our exploration approach across the 200 km² Antino land package. The 22.5 m interval grading 11.88 g/t Au represents some of the highest-grade mineralization we’ve encountered to date. These results demonstrate the substantial discovery potential that exists beyond the property’s current established zones. Between this discovery, recent expansions at Upper and Lower Antino, and our ongoing 2025 exploration program, we see significant opportunity to build shareholder value.”

Maria Geralda is located along a major structural corridor on a northwest-trending lineament at the geologic boundary between intrusive rocks and mixed metavolcanic-metasedimentary formations. The discovery hole was designed to test the geochemical anomaly identified through the Company’s auger sampling program. Founders plans to follow-up with systematic step-out drilling to define the extent of mineralization along strike and to depth.

Quality Assurance and Control

Samples were analyzed at FILAB Suriname, a Bureau Veritas Certified Laboratory in Paramaribo, Suriname (a commercial certified laboratory under ISO 9001:2015). Samples are crushed to 75% passing 2.35 mm screen, riffle split (700 g) and pulverized to 85% passing 88 µm. Samples were analyzed using a 50 g fire assay (50 g aliquot) with an Atomic Absorption (AA) finish. For samples that return assay values over 5.0 grams per tonne (g/t), another cut was taken from the original pulp and fire assayed with a gravimetric finish. Founders Metals inserts blanks and certified reference standards in the sample sequence for quality control. External QA-QC checks are performed at ALS Global Laboratories (Geochemistry Division) in Lima, Peru (an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited facility). A secure chain of custody is maintained in transporting and storing of all samples. Drill intervals with visible gold are assayed using metallic screening. Rock chip samples from outcrop/bedrock are selective by nature and may not be representative of the mineralization hosted on the project.
